Kailash Parvat, considered the abode of Lord Shiva, stands as the most revered among them. Although, Adi Kailash Om Parvat Yatra is considered a moderate trek so anyone can enjoy this beautiful and holy trek, but still age restrictions exist. While physical fitness is crucial for any mountain trek, the government only permits individuals between 10 and 60 years old to participate. Prior trekking experience is beneficial, especially for those above 45 years old.
