Cancellation Policy

Nomad Adventures must receive notification of cancellation in writing. After we receive your written cancellation, the money shall be refunded to the trekkers on seeking cancellation as follows:

Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the trek

95% refund of the total amount

(Note: If the trek charges are more, the balance needs to be paid by the trekker)

Cancellation prior to 25 days from the start of the trek

70% refund of the total amount

Cancellation prior to 15 days from the start of the trek

50% refund of the total amount.

Cancellation prior to 10 days from the start of the trek

Transfer your trek (same trek, same batch) to your friend. No cash refund.

Note:-

1)- Change of trek batch is dependent on the availability of seats in the batch.

2)- In case of transferring a trek to a friend, he/she should satisfy all the mandatory requirements put

forward by Nomad Adventures.

4)- Nomad Adventures holds the right to change/cancel the policies, without prior notice. Bookings are strictly subject to the confirmation of payments.

5)- Nomad may change the itinerary without prior notice in case of any unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, strike, emergency, etc) and the same will be communicated to our clients at the earliest.

6)- In case a trek gets canceled at the last moment due to unexpected and unavoidable circumstances, Nomad will provide options of an alternate trek, alternate date, or trek voucher with 1-year validity. Refunds may not be possible at the last moment in such cases.

7)- In case of an incomplete trek due to weather conditions, one can opt for the same trek again throughout their lifetime on all our fixed departures for the same trek. Note: This attempt only covers the trek fee and will not include any rentals or the transportation amount paid earlier. This is non-transferable.

8)- All the expenses for medical treatment for any injury or accident before, during, or after the trek have to bear by the client. however, Nomad will provide full support for any resource arrangement or travel arrangement.

9)- Nomad has the right to cancel all the services of the client without any further clarification and without any refund in case of misconduct (inappropriate behavior, abusive language, use of intoxicants including alcohol, littering, etc) during the trek.

10)- Refunds won’t be possible for any missed or unused services including the voluntary/involuntary termination of the trip on account of sickness, late arrival, inappropriate behavior, or failure to submit a declaration form, id proof, medical form, etc.

Nomad Adventures reserves the right to change expedition dates, people, or itineraries as conditions warrant. If a trip must be delayed or the itinerary changed due to bad weather, road conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, airline schedules, sickness, or other contingency for which Nomad Adventures or its agents cannot make provision, the cost of delays and/or other changes are the responsibility of the participant. Nomad Adventures reserves the right to decline or accept, any individual as a trip member for any reason whatsoever.
