Day 1 MANALI TO KULANG AND TREK TO GULABA

  • The altitude is 2800 meters.
  • Arrive in Manali at 12 pm so you can reach Gulaba village by 5 pm.
  • It’s a 22-kilometer drive to Gulaba Village, followed by a 3-kilometer trek to Gulaba Meadows Camp that should take around 1.5 hours.
  • Stay: Tented accommodation

Day 2 GULABA TO ROLA KHOLI

  • Altitude: 10,300 ft to 12,500 ft.
  • 6 km trek, approx. 4 hours. Steep for 1.5 hours, then gradually ascent via Kolang Nallah to the campsite.
  • Bring enough water from Gulaba camp; the first water point is 20mins before Rola Kholi. Hot lunch at campsite.
  • Tented accommodation with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.

Day 3 ROLA KHOLI TO BHRIGU LAKE AND BACK TO ROLA KHOLI

  • Altitude: 14,000 ft at Bhrigu Lake.
  • 10 km trek, approx. 8 hours. Steep ascent for 5 km.
  • Trail is rocky and snowy, alongside Bhrigu Lake stream.
  • Packed lunch and hot snacks provided.
  • Tented accommodation.
  • Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Day 4 ROLA KHOLI TO GULABA, DRIVE TO MANALI

  • 6 km trek, mostly downhill, taking about 3 hours.
  • Drive from Gulaba to Manali.
  • Arrival in Manali is expected between 2 pm to 3 pm.

How to Reach Manali?

The best way to reach Bhrigu Lake Trek from Delhi is via Manali. Coming from New Delhi to Manali is the easiest part of the whole trip. The distance between Delhi and Manali is around 550 km.

By Train:

The nearest major railway station to Manali is Chandigarh Railway Station, well-connected to major cities across India. From Chandigarh, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Manali.

By Road:

Manali is well-connected to several cities in northern India through a network of roads. Regular bus services are available from cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, Shimla, and Dharamshala. The journey to Manali by road offers picturesque views of the mountains and valleys. You can also drive to Manali in your vehicle or hire a taxi for a more convenient and flexible travel experience.

The distance between Delhi and Manali is around 550 km. The distance between Chandigarh and Manali is 310 km. You can take a direct bus from Delhi to Manali or reach Chandigarh from Delhi and then take a bus from Chandigarh to Manali. There is a flight of buses that runs between these cities and Manali. From Delhi, it takes around 14 hours to reach Manali by bus. It takes about 8 hours to reach Manali from Chandigarh by bus.

By Flight:

The nearest airport to Manali is Bhuntar Airport, located approximately 50 kilometers away. Several domestic airlines operate regular flights to Bhuntar from major cities like Delhi and Chandigarh. You can hire a taxi or take a bus from the airport to Manali.
