Inner line permit for Adi Kailash yatra is issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Dharchula and the permit contains essential details like:

  • Medical Fitness Certificate: Obtain a certificate from any MBBS doctor verifying your fitness for the high-altitude trek. This is a crucial step to ensure your safety throughout the Yatra.
  • Self-Attested Copy of Identity Proof: Bring a photocopy of your valid Indian passport, Aadhaar card, voter ID card, or driving license. This serves as proof of your Indian citizenship.
  • Passport-sized Photographs (2-3): These will be required for various forms and permits during the registration process.

Adi Kailash Yatra Registration Process

  1. Medical Examination: A mandatory medical examination is conducted at the Government Hospital in Dharchula. Passing this examination confirms your fitness to undertake the physically demanding trek. If you fail the medical test, unfortunately, you won’t be permitted to participate in the Yatra and refund wont be given.
  2. Document Submission with Support: After medical examination visit the SDM office and submit Yatra Application form, medical fitness and valid identity proof and Wait for Approval.
  3. Awaiting Approval: Relax while we facilitate a smooth approval process for your Inner Line Permit.
  4. Collection of Your ILP: Once approved, you can collect your official Inner Line Permit for the Adi Kailash and Om Parvat Yatra. This permit allows you to access the restricted areas and embark on your sacred journey.
