2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Nomad Adventures.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before the starting date of your trek.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.

3. Eligibility and Participant Requirements

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a guardian.
  • A reasonable level of fitness is required, as determined by Nomad Adventures.
  • Participants may be required to provide medical certification of fitness for adventure activities.

4. Safety and Risk

  • Adventure activities carry inherent risks, which are accepted by the participant upon booking.
  • Participants must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Nomad Adventures.
  • We strongly recommend that participants have comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Nomad Adventures is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events beyond our control.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
